Chicago's "Young Women's March 2019" in Federal Plaza on a snowy January 19th.
In the face of a fierce winter snowstorm, Chicago’s “Young Women’s March” brought a small but spirited crowd to Federal Plaza on January 19th to proclaim the power of women and display their rejection of President Donald Trump and his policies. Assembling at 10 am on a snowy Saturday, the group made impassioned speeches about issues facing young women today, and then marched around the plaza carrying mostly homemade signs and chanting resistance to the current administration.
